At KhayatClothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Some items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@khayatclothing.co.uk to initiate a return.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to the provided return address.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
